Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@rosalindgrace.com within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or preparation for dispatch, and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If you need to update product details or shipping information, please reach out within the same 24-hour window.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely in love with your piece, you're welcome to request a return within this timeframe. Returns must be requested and approved within 30 days of delivery. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Shipped using a tracking number
- Registered with our customer service team before returning
- Free from scratches, marks, odor, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, doesn't fit): you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items: eligible for a free replacement, and you do not need to return the item (unless requested for verification).
If There's an Issue With Your Order
Received a Faulty Item? Contact within 7 days of delivery with: order number, item name, description of issue, clear photos of damage, photo of outer packaging (if damaged in transit).
Received the Wrong Item? Email with: order number, item you were meant to receive, item you actually received, clear photo of the incorrect item. If confirmed, replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Processed after we receive and inspect your return. Issued to the original payment method only. Allow up to 7 business days. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
Email info@rosalindgrace.com with: order number, reason for return, photos (if damaged/defective), preferred option (refund or replacement). If approved, return address/instructions provided by email. We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.
